Our watches
We sell vintage, pre-owned and custom watches. Each listing describes the individual watch, including its condition and any disclosed modifications or replacement parts. The description forms part of your purchase agreement.

Please review the photographs, measurements and description before ordering. Contact us if you need further information.

Vintage condition
Vintage watches may show wear consistent with age and previous use. Recent servicing, original components and water resistance should not be assumed unless expressly confirmed in the listing.

These statements do not limit your rights if a watch is faulty or does not match its description.

Custom and replacement components
Where disclosed, watches may include repainted, refinished or custom dials, aftermarket straps, bracelets or replacement components. These are not represented as original factory specifications.

Brand names identify the products offered. They do not imply affiliation with or endorsement by the manufacturers.

Prices and payment
Please review the price, currency, delivery charge and any taxes collected at checkout before paying.

If an item becomes unavailable or an error affects your order, we will contact you to arrange a resolution. If we cannot supply the order, payments received for it will be refunded.

Orders and delivery details
Please provide accurate contact and delivery information. Contact us promptly if you notice an error in your order details.

Shipping
Orders are dispatched the next working day, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

UK shipping is free, with estimated delivery within 1–2 working days after dispatch. International delivery is estimated at 3–8 working days after dispatch. International shipping charges are shown at checkout.

These times are estimates. Customs clearance, public holidays and courier delays may affect delivery. Import duties, local taxes and clearance fees may be payable if not collected at checkout.

Returns and refunds
Our Returns and Refunds Policy explains our additional 30-day returns offer, statutory cancellation rights, return postage and refund arrangements.

If your watch arrives damaged, develops a fault or does not match its description, contact us. Nothing in these terms restricts your statutory consumer rights.

You must not misuse this website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious software or use it for fraudulent activity.

Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Mandatory consumer protections and your rights to bring proceedings in your country of residence remain unaffected.

Changes to these terms
Updates apply to future purchases and do not retrospectively change the terms applicable to an existing order.
