Our 30-day returns offer
If you change your mind, contact us within 30 days of purchase. Under this additional offer, the watch must be returned in the condition supplied, without additional wear or alterations, with its supplied packaging and accessories. Your statutory rights apply separately.

Your right to cancel
For eligible online purchases, you can tell us you wish to cancel within 14 days after delivery, without giving a reason. You then have a further 14 days to send the watch back.

You may inspect the watch as you would in a shop. Where permitted by law, we may deduct for loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect its nature, characteristics and functioning. Sale items have the same statutory rights.

Arranging a return
Email gems_crystal@hotmail.com with your order number or other proof of purchase and the watch’s product code. We will provide return instructions and confirm the return address. Pack the watch securely, include all supplied accessories and retain proof of posting. We recommend tracked postage with suitable cover for the watch’s value.

Postage and refunds
Customers pay return postage for change-of-mind returns. For statutory cancellations, we refund the watch’s price and any standard outbound delivery charge. Additional premium delivery charges are not refundable.

Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned watch or evidence that you sent it back, whichever is earlier.

For returns under our additional 30-day offer outside the statutory cancellation period, original delivery charges are not refundable. These refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the return.

Faulty, damaged or incorrectly described watches
Contact us if your watch arrives damaged, develops a fault or does not match its description. We cover reasonable return costs where the item is faulty or not as described. Your legal rights to a refund, repair or replacement are unaffected by the change-of-mind conditions or our 30-day offer.

Vintage watches
Please review each listing for its condition, servicing information and any disclosed custom or replacement parts. Exchanges depend on availability.
